There is nothing quite like the nostalgic reminisce you get when you first try properly hand made marmalades, jams and relishes - just like your Grandmother used to make. Childhood memories flood back as you savour each mouthful. Roger has gone back to his grandmother's recipe book to reproduce those wonderful tastes of sharp but bitter Seville orange marmalade that is a wake up call on toast, whole strawberry jam with lusciously thick clotted cream and scones and that savoury delight of Blueberry relish with Cornish blue cheese. They are only made here in St Mawgan for those with a discerning palate.

Smoothie - peel macerated leaving marmalade without peel but containing all flavour of straight Seville oranges
Original - Seville with chunky peel - rich full bodied marmalade
